I've resigned to learning how to use my Canon powershot A560. My main problem is getting good shots without the blur on fish. I'm not sure what setting to change to fix this.

The blur is because the shutter speed is too slow to capture the fish in motion.
One fix is using the flash, but that sometimes causes other issues, not to mention normally not true to life colors.
Do you have a sport mode? Usually that ups the shutter speed and allows you to capture faster action, like fish.
