Thanks for the order. It does however look like it won't be shipping today for delivery on Tuesday because of bad weather and a few FedEx service failure warnings for your area. We will keep an eye on the weather and the FedEx system for you and advise you on the best date to ship as quickly as possible. Wow unreal just got off the phone with fedex they don't know where the package is. Said they will call me back in 2 hrs

Hey Greg Thanks for the call. Fedex called said they will be here soon there on the truck now. Should I acclimate everything normally or like you said in the email? Thanks Jim
That is good news. We will let Greg know that his efforts in forcing a trace have paid off. FedEx can be difficult to deal with at times but at least they are flexible in their delivery schedule and can bend rules to get live animals delivered. UPS is not like that at all. Even though they are less expensive, when delays like this happen, there is zero chance that you would receive your order the same day.
Since this sounds like a late delivery versus a true delay, you will want to follow the acclimation instructions outlined in the brochure which will accompany the box.

Everything arrived alive 
The bubble coral is so freakin huge I oredered a small and they sent me a monster . The free zoos to many to count Everything else is of great size BIGGER than expected.Everything is acclimating now after I get it in the tank ill post some pics. Thanks ill give Blue Zoo 10 out of 10. Thanks Guys.
