If you read previous threads on them it boils down to is the tank large enough? Is it housed with proper tanks mates that won't out compete it for food? And the tank size thing again. They get extremely large, especially with their horns full grown. They are poor swimmers at best and won't do well with high flow or aggressive eaters like tangs and angels. They have a personality much like a puppy and can make great fish provided they are housed properly with proper husbandry. They can release toxin from their skin if stressed or they die which can negatively effect tankmates if left unchecked. Good tankmates are large filefish, other boxfish, pipefish would probably make good tankmates since they enjoy low flow and none aggressive tankmates too. Don't quote me on the pipefish I'm just running thru fish that could fit the bill.
