Crab Found in Aquarium, is it safe?

So I was looking at my Torch coral that isn't doing so good and noticed this little crab that I have no idea how it made its way into my tank! I assume it was a hitchhiker on the LR? I've had my JBJ45 for about 4 months and have never seen this guy until today.

Any idea if he is reef safe? or What kind of crab it is?

Can't really tell from the picture, but my rule of thumb for crabs is if I didn't put it in the tank it doesn't stay in the tank.

If you can get it out and into a container or otherwise get a better pic of it (top down, preferably), I'm sure someone here can ID it. Even a good description would help. Color, shape, shell pattern, claw shape...

I had a bookmark for a great hitchhiker ID page that had a lot of crabs and whether they were good, bad, or a mixed bag, but I can't seem to find it right now, sorry.
