Crab found

I found this guy running in my sink, probably after some water movment from the main tank.
Any ones knows what is it ?
Can I put it in the main tank (No fish currently) or in th QT ?

It is hard to make a specific ID on crabs. It is probably a Xanthid crab (also called a "Black tipped" or "Black fingered" crab), but looking at the pic, it could be a Red Rock crab. Take a look at the tips of the claws. If they are pointed, they are designed to eat meat (or corals), if they are flattened (or with "pads" on the tips), they will tend to go for algae. But it is important to remember that crabs are opportunistic feeders, even the most "benign" crabs will eat meat if no other food is readily available.
