Crab Id and how To Catch it?

Last night I was sitting on the coffee table looking over my tank and behold from behind my large open brain I saw movement. Out with the trusty flashlight and WOW!

A crab the size of a 50 cent peice. All White with Black tip claws. I dont know exactly what kind but from the size and the large claws I know its not good.

Strange thing is I have added nothing new to my system for at least 8 months, so hes been in there a while.

So my delima. How to catch this thing? I Have a 75g with close to 80 lbs of live rock and many corls that Im not ready to move.

Why catch him? He's been in there for 8 months - have you noticed any damage so far?

Damage? Yes! have not been able to figure out what has been happining to my SPS. Think I may have figured it out.

That's a different story indeed. Many people use the glass method. Put a tall glass in the tank, leaning at an angle against the rockwork with some tempting meaty bit at the bottom. The crab will climb into the glass to get the food then be unable to climb out.
