Crab ID Please???

I discovered this guy today hanging out on one of my sponges. I'm guessing he hitchhiked in my cabbage sponge, and because of his coloring I never noticed him. Could someone please tell me what he is, and if he's reef safe?

Interesting critter, not like any hitchhiker I've seen before. I'd try reposting in the invertebrate section, and put the picture in the thread rather than attaching a .pdf -- you can use photobucket or a similar site to host the image, then just copy and past the URL (will be shown under the image) into your thread.
