Looks like an Emerald but... They can and will go after and eat fish while they are sleeping and will eat corals. My not now while its little but once that shell is over an inch from point to point they change. Mine is in my sump for eating two royal grammas. :hammer:
I wouldn't worry about him in the sump. I'm convinced that the sump is crab utopia. Crabs ain't social, they love nasty crap to eat. They don't like a ton of light.
The sump is the perfect environment for a crab. Just ask my stone crab that's currently thriving in my sump.
