Crab Identification

This hitchhiker was in my liverock. What is it ? Is it reef safe?
It looked like it was stalking my clown fish. It is now in my sump?

Shall I remove it completley or can it go back in the main tank?

1. If it's hairy get rid of it.
2. If you didn't buy it on purpose get rid of it.

3. and this one is just IMHO, If it is a crab, get rid of it.
