hopefully they will turn it around. even a refund on the price i paid for the tank will make me a happy customer, so i can go buy another from my LFS and pay the extra.
but yes "you get what you paid for" it exactly what ran through my mind the second i heard the crack.
i will keep everyone informed of what happens, and fingers crossed they will do the right thing, considering it is WELL within my consumer rights to get another tank or have a refund as it is defective, and luckily i easily have legal aide who could support me in my claim if it came down to that.
