Hi. I finally decided to move my old 300g ATM fowl tank that was in between my kitchen and living room. It was too loud and I didn't have enough space. I decided to move it into my office. Behind the wall where I'm going to place the tank is my one car garage. I'm going to divide the garage in half making a fish room. This will allow me to make this tank a reef with the added room.

System

96x24x30 display.
So I found a 300g ******* tank on craigslist. I'm setting up my display with the new ******* tank and then I'm turning my old 300g into a filter sock/ sump. I also added a Rubbermaid 150g to the setup as well. So I should have close to 750g when finished.

Equipment

Bubble King Double Cone 250 skimmer
2 Vortech mp60
4 Radion Pro G3 (only have 2 at the moment)
Apex Gold
Reeflo Hammerhead
Geo 624 Calcium Reactor
Emperor Aquatics 120w Sterilizer
2 SRO Br-140 media reactors
and a SRO XP500EXT if needed(from my old tank)
...

Pictures to follow
Enjoy

Here's a pic of my old 300g fowl.

The fish I have are a 14" Unicorn Tang, 12" Dussumier Tang, 6" Yellowhead Butterfly and a 5" Pale Lipped Tang.

Here is my office before the remodel.

This is the part of the garage I'm going to use to build the fish room.

This is my tank I found on Craigslist. I was able to take it down the street to ATM aquariums and have them buff it out and make new.

Here's the office while we're getting ready to lay tile.

The AC will drain into a pipe that'll go to the sewer. It'll cool the fish room in the summer. I live in Vegas and it gets a little hot.

AHH better angle on the AC. I was like... wait is that hanging in mid air.. HAHA

Good progress.

Here is where we will cut out the wall going to the fish room

This is where my 2nd 300 filter sump will go.

Here's the ro/di line

Testing out the new skimmer and getting ready to cycle the pukani rock.
