Well crap. Guess I need to go get my eyes checked because I cannot see any spots. Lol. Is it eating? Doesn't seem to be breathing heavy. How long have you had them??

It's a very small white dot on her tail fin. She's not acting weird or different. Ate voraciously tonight.

I've had her a decade. The male just under a decade.

However, the tanks been set up since January and I added corals over the last month.

Did you dip your new corals or treat them anyway before adding them to your tank? Anything else new that could've brought it in? If not I wonder if it could just be a piece of sand or something like that if the fish is not acting different. Atleast it's still eating.

Oh yeah. I always dip corals. I used the stuff I got from Reefkoi in the springs. Koral MD.

Other than that nothing new.

Then I would think it's something different other than ich. If you haven't had it before & haven't added anything new then I don't know where it would've came from. Just my thoughts. Good luck.

Update:

Whatever that was is off the clown's tail.

Both are acting normal.

Update: Spot was gone this morning. Normal behavior, eating and breathing.

I'll monitor for signs of ich reinfection.

I've got cupermine and prazi ready to go if needed.

After doing some work in the tank this afternoon, I noticed similar spots on the clown.

No behavioral changes. You want to look at the white stripe on the right side about 3/4 of the way up the fish.
