wow, you get stuff DONE.
i have some black acrylic scraps, probably enough to make your inner box (at least the front and sides). and i noticed you have a radial arm saw. perfect for making teeth in acrylic, or even better making teeth in a wood template and then using a router with the template since it cuts acrylic so much smoother. you just stick a nail in the fence 1/2" or so to the right of the blade and hold the piece up against it, cut, then move the piece over so the fresh cut is resting on the nail. rinse and repeat.
it'll be a few weeks at the earliest. i move alot slower than you do! i like to do one step at a time, then stand back and plan my next move. so i gotta get the new tank setup (got the truck in the shop for new tires so i can make the endless lowes runs) then i'll see how much room i have for a sump.
next time you are in bburg i'll give you the first batch of frags and we'll see how they do. just give me a little notice on my cell to make sure i'm around.

I have ordered the parts to convert the maxi 1200's to streams with the big propellers (going to convert two) ordered 2 Mag 12 to pump up the flow on the closed loops
