crazy storm = no power

Anyone else lose power from that storm lastnight? I have been powerless since 10:00 pm. Thankfully I have a power inverter keeping my tank going. Hopefully it comes back on soon

We lost power here in Evans, at about 1130, but it came back on around 1230. I think that lightning must have struck an adjacent apartment complex because we had a fire truck parked across the street for several hours.

Hope everything is doing well derrick!

Everything seems to be doing good for now. That power inverter is invaluable at 50 bux! I highly recommend one. I have a vortech and return pump running and it lasts for about six hours before I have to start the car to recharge the battery.

Thanks for the offer, luckily my dad has one. If power is not back on this evening I may have to use it.

I have a battery backup as well. One votech is running on the inverter, and the other on battery backup.

POWER

POWER

I spoke up too soon, yesterday about 9 AM a squirrel (who got fried BTW) took out the transformer directly across the street fom us. We were out of power until about 2 AM, I ran the generator off and on all day for our tanks, so far so good.

Lost my 6"+ Derasa Clam last night, it was looking stressed since the outage, but we were hopeful.
Another rough start of the day this week.
