not sure if this is the right forum or not, but i'll ask anyway. i have an aquarium fully setup right now--live rock, fishes, sand, inverts, etc. i want to create a deep sand bed, so i need to add more sand. what would be the best way on accomplishing this? if i add more sand my tank will get really cloudy, which i imagine would be very unhealty for the fish. so, i'll have to remove everything, put in the sand, then put all the rock back in again, wait until it clears out before i put fish in again? just concerned about some stuff on the rock like crabs and other inverts. if i take them out, i fear i might crush them when i put the rock back in the aquarium.
i don't know how to do this. if anyone can educate me that would be great
