Crinoid Squat Lobster?

im guessing it would hide all the time. many lobsters do.

Ya, but they are intersting and as long as there are no big negatives to them i think I am going to purchase 1 or 2
They should live in association with a crinoid, they're out of place without one. Unfortunately crinoids(feather stars) are extremely hard to keep therefor not worth keeping. Although there are short-term success stories, it is a whole other level of care and live food preparation....etc. I once thought I could keep a crinoid with a squat lobster.... I was wrong. The squat lobster actually died before the crinoid was completely dead (about 8 mo.). Cool animal, I just don't think it would be happy and it makes me wonder why they are sold separately or at all, really.
