Just curious on everyone's opinion. Sorry for the crappy pic, a photographer I am not.

I think I would space out the rocks at the bottom of the right hand pile to open up some passageways, it will make swimming less boring to the fish and look better IMHO.

Make sure you leave enough room around your rocks between the tank walls for cleaning.

It looks like you have a simple power head in there. You may want to consider adding a simple $10 product to turn your power head into an excellent water churning power head that will keep detritus suspended for filtration rather than settling. They work great on nanos and frag tanks with small power heads like Maxijets or canister filters.

Thanks, I'll see what I can do. It's hard to see but there is a fair bit of open space on the right that smaller fish should have no problem swimming through, but I will see what I can do about adding a few bigger openings.

I'll try getting in along the rocks with some cleaning equipment and see if it needs adjustment.

I have a hob filter, and 2 aquaclear 50 powerheads in there. Total flow is just under 700 gph according to manufacturer specs. It's only a 46 bowfront, Maybe too much flow?

I'm planning to change out the aquaclear powerheads for something better, and use the aquaclears for salt mixing.

Not bad if you use the rule of thirds. You hit important points and you can put some of your best corals in those spots. Also I think your ratio of negative space to rockwork is good too. Finally, a good sense of depth.

If you want a critique I would try and find a way to hide your equipment behind the rocks, at least the heater. Make the pile taller, maybe?

I think the overall outline of the rock work is nice, but the actual structures are a little too dense for my taste. Personally, I might remove a rock or two from the right hand pile re-jig the rest so the contact points are smaller and there's more caves/tunnels in there. I would also make a little cavern above the sand with the pile on the left.
I hope I helped in some way! :)

Personally, I think your under flowed. Manufactures specs are always overrated IMO, on the non high end brands. I run two hydor 1150s and an 850 with a cpr HOB Refugium in a 54 corner. I'm still looking to add more flow possibly.
