Critter Id good bad?

This came in with a online coral shipment I want to know what it is and if it's good or bad. Do I toss it in the tank or get rid of it. It looks kind of like a tiny squid

Kind of hard to tell, maybe a sea slug of some kind.

Terebellid worm I believe.

Ah, I didn't see the tentacles! I agree, spaghetti worm. Harmless

My sand used to have a bunch of them and I think they are cool. But I got a wrasse and in less than a week they were all gone!
