I was just looking into my tank and all 4 of my conchs and one little conch type thing where on my 3.5" crocea!!!!! I quickly ripped them off and noticed that its sitting WAY down in the shell, futher down then i have ever seen it. Is it dead/dieing? MY conchs have never touched it before.

How long have you had the conches and the clam together? What kind of conchs are they?
i have had them together since day one. They r florida conchs. The other small ones iam not sure what they. Nothing has ever touched my clam. I think some how it died over night and the conchs got the smell and ate it. Like a shark smelling blood. THe conchs kept coming back today some iam just letting them do w/e. And my cleaner shrimp were picking at it a little today today. Iam 90% its dead. Sucks
