Crocea VS Frilly Mushroom?

I want to add a Crocea to my tank. The spot that I have picked is in the center under my MH near the bottom of my 20G. It will be right next to a large (12") frilly / hairy mushroom. If the mushroom comes up against the clam will it harm either one? Thanks.

Yes, mushrooms kill just about anything they touch. I have noticed softies and frog spawns can handle them.

Here is my tank to show I have tested the waters with shrooms being killers. I was warned many times here on RC and I did not listen.

I had a shroom start walking around in my nano, killed everything in its path and left a string of 5-8 babies too. Now the only shroom i have sits on its own island rock in the middle of the sandbed.
