Hi guys. After years of having various size freshwater aquariums, I decided to make the leap into saltwater. Here is a list of my equipment:
60 Gallon
2 powerbeads
Fluvial G6 Filter
Aquamaxx Skimmer (not running yet)
Today I put crushed coral into my tank. The coral I bought was "Pre rinsed" according to the bag, but I did rinse it really well in batches before putting it in. Long story short, my tank looks like soup! VERY cloudy. I do have the G6 filter running along with my power heads. How many days should I expect this to continue. Was there something I should have done that I didn't do?
