I want to add a cryptic zone to an existing system, and was wondering if anyone has tried cryptic sponges , that can be purchased online?

I always have a lot of them that came in on my rock, and feed phyto occasionally to encourage them. I think it would be a great idea for a club meet to bring a ziplock of tiny sponge bits off the varied sponges in your tank and trade about. I have white, yellow, blue, and maybe red---not sure what that growth is.
