Can you not use Furan II in the meantime?
For oral dosing I had much better luck with using the cannula and syringe and just forced the fluid with the dissolved medicine in past the gills.
I didn't have any luck years ago when I tried using brine shrimp to convey the medicine to the seahorses.

What problem(s) do you need the meds for?
Usually bacterial problems indicate the need for better husbandry and larger more frequent water changes to improve the water quality.
Without taking care of the source of the original problem, treatment will usually only remedy things until you move them back into the display tank.
