CUC compatible with my Toby?

I have a Papuan Toby(Canthigaster Papuan) who isn't very aggressive no nipping so far. Just wanted to see ideas for CUC that he wouldn't destroy. Right now I have 1 turbo snail, 1 Hairy Shortspine Urchin, and a sea hare. I'm getting a flame hawk( no shrimp), and only super friendly crabs

My blue dot toby doesn't bother my nerites or ceriths at all. He killed two Mexican turbos I had and constantly harasses my urchin, but he quickly learned the crabs even the hermits are not an easy meal. I would avoid any snails that are particularly fleshy like turbos or conchs. Just my experience.
