CUC Question

My tank (24 gallons) has been going for a few months now and my current CUC list is: 2 Trochus snails, 3 blue-legged hermits and 2 Nassarius snails. I would like to add something else that would handle more removal of detritus and uneaten food. I've read bristle worms do a nice job of that, but kind of creep me out. I've also seen people have small brittle stars that live among their rocks. So I guess the question is what would people recommend? I don't want to overload on a CUC, for obvious reasons, but I also want to have an efficient one.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for variety, you could check out emerald crabs, sea cucumbers, and urchins.

It was suggested to me to visit Reef Cleaners . com and look at their cleaner packages, then divide their suggested stocking list in half to get a good idea of what you need.

Brittle stars will self regulate their population according to the food supply, bristle worms are always good to have. A Skunk Shrimp (cleaner shrimp) are fun to watch.

Feed less and use a siphon to remove the detritus. Piece of cake.

I've yet to see a bristle worm, brittle star, snail, crab, shrimp etc make a pile of detritus in a BB tank disappear. GL.
