tbh, I think the only threat would be the trigger because of their inquisitive taste test personalities, but that really depends on the triggers themselves. I don't think the eels pose any threat.
I would not put a Picasso with him but the Niger should be fine. The Picasso will try to taste and possibly munch on him. This would most likely kill the fish and possibly anything else in your tank.
