culturing copepods

I have a tank full of copepods. I tried culturing them, wasn't working... left the tank alone for a month and they decided they wanted to start culturing themselves without food and air (I don't get it). Anyways, how do I get them out of tank? Is ther Any sieve on the internet for sale that I don't have to pay $20 for? Or is there a special way to get them? Who cultures these guys and can help ?

I assume you have macro algae in the tank and or some live rock rubble - if so, you can take a portion of the macro algae or rubble( which will contain a good deal of copepods and probably amphipods and isopods) and place it in your sump. If you don't have a sump or refugium you can place the above in the display tank, or just shake the algae in the tank. Do this every so often to repopulate the bunch that you want in the display tank. I would suggest doing this at night so that the pods have a chance to hide before being snapped up by your fish.

you're talking about a plankton sieve.
you can diy your own, for very cheap.
get some fine sieve like material.... like silk, or something similar... cut up an old pop bottle, top and bottom removed, glue cloth to one end with super glue. trim the excess when glue dries.... plankton sieve. try different sizes and meshes .
use an siphon hose and basters to harvest.
