Cupramine dip?

I have some clownfish that I suspect have ich. I got some cupramine from my friend and I don't want to dose the entire QT tank with cupramine so I was wondering if a dip was another option for cupramine. My clowns do not have any visible signs of ich but I got a piece of coral and live rock from a different friend and the fish in there was definately showing signs of either ich or velvet. A couple days after I put the coral and rock into my DT one of my clowns was not laying on the sand bed breathing slowly and almost not moving. Later that day I gave them an hour dip in paraguard and they have been fine since then. Today I fed them and I noticed they were twitching pretty hard so I suspect this might be the early signs of ich. Other than the twitching they have no fuzzy spots on them and their eyes are not cloudy. Any help is greatly appreciated

Wow so cupramine is supposed to be a month long treatment?

Yes every ich treatment is for 30days, except tank transfer method which is 14. There are 3 stages of ich and copper and cupramine only kill the one stage so a 30day treatment is needed to kill off the lifecycle. Chloroquine phosphate kills 2 stages but is still recommended for 30.
