Cupramine Ok For Flame Angels?

I have 3 fish in a 120 gallon tank, a powder blue, yellow tang and a flame angel. The powder blue tang is been fighting ick for months now and I have decided to quarantine them all in a 30 gallon with Cupramine cooper. But I remember hearing awhile back that flame angels don't do too well with copper, is this true with cupramine? And if so should I treat him in a separate tank?

I originally used Hypo for all 3 fish for 4 weeks.
