cupramine redosing?

If I am treating ich with cupramine in a HT with PVC, BB and sponge filter and do not have to do a water change, will I have to redose after getting the level up to 0.5?

Some Cu may precipitate over time. Test daily to ensure proper levels.

Yes, it does maintain a level fairly well but have found that testing is needed. Perhaps not everyday, but I find its best to do so.
