cups of live sand needed

I need several cups of live sand to start back up my live sand bed. I had to tear my tank down for several months and have set it back up. I think most of my life in my sand has died off. I used to see all kinds of pods and worms. Now I do not see any. I am from Greenfield but would be willing to drive into indy. I do not have much money but can give a couple buck for a cup or I have some southdown I can bring some sand to replace what is given to me with it.
