Curly Q anenome

I have a curly q anemone and i'm trying to get rid of it. It doesn't host any clownes and it is stinging all my mushrooms. Here is my problem he seems to like my rock quite a bit what is the best way to get him off safely so i can get something a little less aggressive? Would anyone have any suggestions on an anenome for a false percula clown in a twelve gallon nano cube delux. Thanks for taking the time to read and help me out. Trev.

Use something thin but not sharp and slowly work him off the rock. I've used popsicle stiks with good result. Just work slowly from the edges and he'll come off fine.
