Current NEP ballast not working

Hello all,
Last month I ordered a 48" NEP fixture. I noticed today that the lights were looking dim. So I took the fixture apart and isolated that one of the three ballasts were not lighting up two bulbs of the six bulbs.

Has anyone had this problem with these fixtures?
I know the bulbs work since I moved them around and the worked fine on the other end caps.

agreed, contact current. It is under warranty and their support is pretty good.

Well I sent current an email from there site. No phone numbers where listed. I havent head back yet from them.

I did also contacted the ballast manufacture last night. I actually got a response and ordered an extra ballast.

Current replied back tonight and is mailing me a replacement ballast. I also bought a couple extra for just in case situations.
