What is the current treatment for pinched mantel? FW dip? Metro? Pratzi?
The backstory: I brought in 3 maxima clams, into a QT tank that has never seen clams. 1 clam is from LFS, 2 are from divers den. 1 of the DD clams looked a bit sickly when it arrived, the center part of the mantel was transparent, but it acted healthy otherwise. I took the fateful decision to put it together with the other clams in this QT because this is the only QT I have with appropriate light. That was about 2 weeks ago, it declined and finally died yesterday. My 2 remaining clams are now showing the first symptoms of pinched mantel.
Do we have an expert? Can we get a sticky on treatment options?
