Current USA Fission skimmers

What's the word with these, i get tiny bubbles in mine, but hardly any skimmate worth mentioning... I did modify it with a length of tubing, don't know if that matters or not. Anyway, just wanted to see if they worked okay, or if they were a waste of 29 bucks.

See if you cant find the thread by petermai... he has one that he tinkered with and apparently it works like a charm. I believe he said something about the hose and the cotton wadding that comes with it. Either way, he has a whole thread talking about it or you could PM him.

I don't even have bubble in mine and took it out last night untill I can figure out what's wrong with it. I thought this was suppose to be simple by hooking it up the putting it in the tank but all I get is very small water flow coming out from the upper half section.

your air tube is clogged. I've made a thread about the fission also. I'll try and find it and post it back here.

I'll try tonight to see if I can blow it out, if not then this can be difficult as the tube is so thin.
