Wow awesome tank and awesome dimensions.

Do you feel the two mp40s are enough for your tank...of course plus your return

Who is your tank builder....might have missed it

Looks great, jujst planning my new reef Are the echotech radions worth the money i need 4

There were the best purchase ive made for this tank, and if you have the MP40's or other vortech they are a perfect match.

I have 4 over my tank and its the perfect coverage for any type of coral anywhere in the tank.

Thanks!

The Mp40's are a good amount of flow, i would like to add another source on the top front area pointing back to the peninsula to gain reverse flow. But over all its a good amount. to keep everything happy so far.

The builder is a local Seattle Guy Named Jayson. He owns a an amazing fabrication company called Clear Fabrications Inc out here. He can build you anything and ship it and its some of the best if not the best acrylic work. He is very reasonably priced, his shop makes many tanks a week and they take alot of pride in their work. Everyone out here uses them for their custom acrylic systems.

Thank you! Ive been getting board with my rock scaping, so this weekend i will be tearing everything out and re-doing it.

Cant decide between two islands offset, or a bonsai theme scaping. Any suggestions and or pictures of ideas would be great!

Heres some updated pics i took today before taking all the corals and fish out of the tank:

Your tank looks phenomenal , corals look even better.
Well, Im doing same thing you did just on a smaller level, a lot smaller. Like a 30 g peninsula. I had planned on doing the samething you did with your Vortechs but I was concerned it would push everything way from return. Other option is putting on opposite end, but what good is a penninsula if you have a **** pump on the other end creating a big eye sore breaking up your view. Do you have any problems with water w any debri or anything for that matter no flinging your return?

Plan on changing aquascape up tomorrow , just got everything transferred yesterday.

Hey outlets, Sorry I just saw this!

First off thank you! The vortech's on the back wall sometime make me worry about enough flow, but what ive been reading is just watch you corals and they will tell you if they need more or less flow. So far my tank has been doing really good with growth so im not planning on changing it to much.

Your tank is looking really good so far!

I also had the same thoughts about putting them on opposite ends! But came to the same conclusion you had about the style tank.

It shouldn't be a problem. The Vortechs will just push the detritus into the water column, which will eventually make its way into the overflow wether its being pushed away from it or not. I know it doesn't sound right, but it might actually help water into the drain from there better than without it.

They are liking it, growth has been semi slow, but steady.

Here are a few pics of the after shots when i finished the tank rebuild:
