Custom Made Aquariums

I'm looking for a custom build cube reef ready aquarium - 28" x 28" x 28" - 95gal

Marineland makes one which is 24"x24"x24" or 30"x30"x24" - 60g vs 93g

Does anyone know of a good manufacturer in the Seattle, Washington area who has a great reputation for custom aquariums?

Thanks!

I am currently having a tank made by Oceans by Design in Tukwila. Great price and service so far and their previous work looks top notch.

I had mine made by James at envisions, but he is in Oregon I believe. Did a wonderful job. Do a search for him on the web at envision acrylics . C o m. If your willing to travel or have it shipped. Will make it with what ever specs you want. Inside, outside overflow with/out teeth ECT. But he is in Oregon.

I was thinking glass when I recommended OBD, but if your looking for acrylic then checkout Clear Fabrications. They are in Seattle as well.

+1 on James, he built my 48" x 14" x 48" jelly fish tank. Some of the best acrylic work you will ever see.

Finally bit the bullet and bought my tank from Eric at OBD. Smaller that what I was originally looking for.....settled for a 45g reef ready cube.

3 sides are starfire glass. Perfectly siliconed. Black background.

My tank is currently sitting in the garage. I'll be building my stand tomorrow.

I'll be putting together a build thread as well.

Any suggestions on the overflows - dorso or herbie? Looking for something very quiet. Considering herbie.

Thanks!

I've seen those tanks. They look awesome.
I'm going to be looking for a custom size tank next year in the 150 gallon range and I will be going to OBD.

I've always used a durso and had no problems keeping it quiet so that would be my vote.

Is this a all in one tank? What makes it reef ready?

The tank has been drilled out with the center mounted overflow box.

I did consider an all in one from OBD as well but decided a sump would help stabilize the setup,
