custom over flow....for pic?

so i want to connect my 1.2 gal pico to my main tank via sump. the powerhead in the pico now will be the return pump (that'll go in my current sump) and for the overflow...


can i SUPERGLUE ACRYLIC pieces together to create an overflow? if not what GLUE for ACRYLIC? and i assume 1/8" will be too brittle ?

this is so the temp is more stable.... (goes from 72*-80*, morning till lights off at 10pm, respectively). its gonna house zoos anyhow but i was wondering any other way to plumb it into my current sump?

Weld-on or similar (Craftics Solvent) is the stuff you want. Superglue might not hold for very long.

What are the dimensions of the overflow? 1/8" might be enough for a pico, depending on how big it is.
