Custom Sump and Pukani

Just got my Elite Aquatics custom sump and about 100 lbs of Pukani.

Anyone ever cook your rock outside? Wondering if there are any issues exposing the rock to 100 degree temps.

Nothing will live on your rock at that temp. Might be ok to 'cook' outside, but would need to move indoors to seed.

How long did it take elite to build your sump after you sent the design?

Once I sent my payment it was only 2 or 3 weeks to my door. Tyler was nice enough to ship it right before he left for MACNA. I'm really happy with Elite and with the sump. If you have the extra cash he can bling it out with colored acrylic.

Yours looks sick! Were they super pricey?

No. It was $200 cheaper than some of the quotes I received locally. He basically charged me the same price as a standard sump but shortened the length, adjusted the chamber sizes, and raised the baffles for me. Shipping from Ogden was only about $30 bucks.
