Custom Wavebox enclosure...opportunity for improvement?

Hey Roger, or whomever else, I'm building a Wavebox (with a stock 6200 and a Wavebox controller supplied by Tunze). Is there any opportunity to improve upon the current Wavebox by modifying my DIY box? I can increase or decrease any of the Wavebox dimensions by up to 100% and still elegantly hide it in my tank (it will be incorporated into an artificial structure with tinted and sculpted epoxy....I build Zoo displays for a living).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any ideas on this, any design changes may or may not increase performance, you are limited by what the pump can do and the length of the pulses, in a large tank a bigger box may have some benefit but in most cases it won't.

Well, it's a 60x30x22...180 gallons. I was going to plant it in the back right corner...
The tank will have a center overflow. Should I have the overflow cut a bit shorter, to run a lower water level.

The tank is too wide to work well with the wavebox in a corner, I would center it on the end. With a centered overflow the water level will be constant in the center so it doesn't really matter.
