So, I was going over my credit card statement trying to figure out how big a piece of jewelry I had to buy my wife to make up for this month's reefing purchases and I noticed an errant charge from Marine Depot. I called customer service and I believe it was Jason who hunted the problem down, called me back 2x to keep me updated on the status, and generally took care of the whole situation with no fuss, accusations, or other silliness. Mistakes do happen but its nice when a vendor owns up and fixes the problem fast and efficiently. Nicely done Marine Depot.

+1 to what wolf pup said. george (i think) was very thorough with my order and following CS. very helpful, lots of my paycheck has been heading down to garden grove lately for good reason!
