Customer Service at Pacific Reef, Fountain Valley

This weekend my JBJ nanocube 24 managed to turn itself into a combination aquarium/electric bbq smoker.

Fortunately, I was in the room when the smoke poured out of the vent in the hood, unfortunately it fried all the circuits (fans, lights, etc.). I guess it’s just another fine example of the basic incompatibility of water and electricity.

As the tank was under a year old, I placed a few calls to JBJ, who suggested I take the hood back to Pacific Reef. Within minutes I had a brand new hood, and ballast.

Who says there's no such thing as customer service?

BRIAN IMO is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!.... Pacific Reef in FV is my fav. LFS because the GREAT CS i get EVERY TIME... GREATLY RECCOMENDED!

I agree - Brian's a great guy. Bought a Seio that was missing mounting hardware (someone probably opened the box on the shelf), and he swapped it, no questions asked. Plus, he's always running around like a kid in a candy store. Good to see some people just enjoy having fun.

If you south OC people wouldn't mind harassing him, I keep telling him to open a franchise in Aliso Viejo or Dana Point - there's NOTHING down here that's worth visiting, and I'm tired of driving north. On weekends. In traffic.

Yeah I must agree too. Great and always loaning me his tools to work on my tank. Also, I picked up a great SPS colony at a nice price a few weeks back. Brian if you are reading this thread, thx !!!!!!!

jjirsa78,
I agree, ever since petown closed there is very limited LFS in South OC. Was in there yesterday, very helpful....honest owner, also responable priced fish.
