Customer Service the Best

Last Friday, I made an online purchase of some corals and requested Saturday delivery. About 30 minutes after placing my order I was called by a customer service rep and told that I had missed the 9:30 cutoff for delivery. Not knowing if I would be able to receive the corals the following Saturday, I asked to cancel the order which the rep said she would do. On Sunday I place the order again knowing my wife would be home on Tuesday for delivery. On Monday I received a shipment sent email and on Tuesday I received some great corals. On Friday I received another shipment sent email and relized that my 1st order had not been canceled as it was suppose to be. I call LiveAquaria and was told that the shipment was already shipped and their was no way to stop it. Live Aquaria also said Merry Christmas your CC will be credited back the amount of the order. Now that's great customer service.
