I recently placed another order from Divers Den this time for Caulastrea curvata, beautiful caramel brown with white stripes, with at least 15 heads. Bagged several times with plenty of water,..box weighed 11lbs, however the animal inside was not packed as well as it should have been, it was not being supported properly and was free floating allowing it to turn upside down breaking off the base into groups of branches. This also allowed the base rock to crush the heads underneath!! I will try and nurse them back to health most of the flesh has been ripped. I called them immediately and took the option for a refund less shipping. Iwould just like to thank you for excellent customer service.
