I WANT MY TRACKING NUMBER ORDER 467078 .FIRST SEND EMAIL NOT RESPONDING CALL AND THE PERSON SAYS THAT TODAY SEND TRACKING INFO AND NEVER RECIVED .I WAITING 2 DAYS AND NOT RECIVED EMAIL OR TRACKING NUMBER FRON MY VORTECH .I NEED THE PUMP RUSH THE FIRST TIME I TEXT JOSH TO COMPLETE MY ORDER 2 DAYS AGO AND NEVER RECIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE YOU NEED TO CALL EVERY DAY TO RECIVED TRACKING NUMBER .I UPSET BECAUSE I WANT TO RECIVED THE PUMP TODAY AND I PAY FOR THAT SERVICE BECAUSE I NEED THE PUMP RUSH NOT FOR MONDAY .

I recived email 2 days later that not ship the pump .they plan to ship today. They send email because i post in reefcentral .wow bad custumer service i need the pump rush pay for 2 day ship and recived 2 days delays

We did not call or email because you posted on ReefCentral, I am just now reading this for the first time. I actually caught the order this morning hung up in our system, and had Luke contact you on this immediately to see if you still wanted it or not. We process International shipments differently than all domestic shipments, and unfortunately we had two International shipments that were caught in our system.

This is completely our fault and we apologize. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you please let us know.

I recived email fron luke that you want to ship asap i say ok but today i not recived tracking number for that reason you not ship yesterday i say that need the pump rush .cancel the order because i not want to waste my time i think 5 day to ship a pump is to mush .for international order you only to do is product info and only whrite aquarium supply that is very simple but that is imposible for you thanks for waste my time .i

We shipped this out yesterday via UPS 2nd Day Air to you, and it's scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday to you. We did send over both an invoice email and a tracking number email to you at approximately 6pm eastern time last night to the email address we have on file for you. If you want to email me directly to jeremy@premiumaquatics.com I can confirm your email address. I don't want to post it in a public forum though.
