Cut Naso Tang

Today I noticed my Naso has been cut by either the Chevron or the Powder Blue. So far, it does not appear infected. The picture below is about 2x life size.
Opinions on the best course of treatment?

Usually, if not infected, cuts heal quickly.
The best course of action is just observe. You could also add Seachem Stress Guard, but that would be the most I would do for now.

Should you notice an infection you may have to treat with antibiotics - in a HT of course.
