Ya they are kool little fish. When I got back from Utah this weekend, my mandarin was getting his insides eaten out by hermit crabs. Cause of death: unknown.

One of my ALL-TIME favorites! Their colors are uncomparable, and like you said, how they just flutter around is awesome. Definitely, a must have I believe for any reef. Its like having an underwater humming bird.

Lol they really are like underwater humming birds. Even the way the kind of dart hover dart hover.

I have 2. One spotted and the other is a red Mandarin. The spotted is super fat, young though. The other is getting a little thin. Very slowly though. bummer too. cool fish. I have had both fish for quite some time. Weird.
