cutting a hole in back of 90 g tank

i was wondering if anyone can cut or knows anyone that can cut a hole into the back of my tank, it is a 90 gallon megaflow. the catch is it has to be drilled vertically and at my house half full. i have been reading up on this and it can be done vertically and half filled with water. the problem is that i have never done this nor do i have the bit. any suggestions or comments please
