Cuttlefish?

Also interested in this, I know they eat crustaceans, so inverts will probably be on the menu in a reef. They also have relatively short life spans, and that can vary based on the temperature of the water.

I have kept Dwarf Cuttlefish (Sepia bandensis). In the process of setting up another system for them. They only live about a year. They are my absolute favorite animal to keep.

They are fully reef safe. They will eat shrimp or crabs. I never had a problem with hermit crabs.

Check out tonmo (another forum) very very very good and focused on the cephalopod side of the saltwater hobby.

You've kept your Cuttlefish in a Reef? And did you hatch them from eggs?
