Howzit peeps.
I developed a purple slime like substance on rocks that I'm busy curing.
Is this Cayno or is it just gunk that's coming out of the rock. As far as I know & have read is that Cayno needs light like all algea.
These rock have been laying in a dark drum in RO water after it had a ACID bath.
What is it exactly do you think? I'm still gonna be soaking & doing water changes for the next week maybe 2 weeks.
